4. Usage

1. Testing Condition: A:B=1:1, 150¡æ/5min, for mold application, it is 80¡æ/30min.
2.  Molding Process: A/B, 1:1. Heating injection molding

5.  Package, Storage and Handling

N.W20KG/plastic bucket or 200KG/Steel drum for each Component A and B. The product consists of Part A and Part B, which shall be packed separately. It is non-hazardous substance. Keep sealed and store at room temperature in a cool and dry environment. Be careful when loading and unloading to avoid damages of the package.

6.  Others

Part A and part B once mixed, should not be stirred for long time, which results in temperature rise. In this case, the operation time shortens and the mixed material solidifies.It is prohibited to mix  the  material  with   organic  tin   compounds   of  condensation-cured   silicone  rubber,   or  the  non-vulcanization will occur. Avoid mixing the material with organic compounds containing sulfur, phosphorus, fluorine, etc., otherwise there will be non - vulcanization or incomplete vulcanization.
