Spin Finish SD-1021

Type of Product: Spin and final finish for polyester, polyethylene fibers in nonwoven applications. It is mainly used in the production process of heat-sealed non-woven fabrics.

Use and Application

• Application by dip bath, roller or spray.

• Add-on: 0.2 ¨C 0.5 % active, depends on the fiber specification.

• To prepare a finish solution Spin Finish SD-1021 is added to the required quantity of demineralized water at 20¡ãC-25¡ãC and low-speed stirring for about 45 minutes until solution is clear.

• The concentration depends on the production process, 2%-20% work well in practice.

Chemical Composition

• Mixture of nonionic and anionic surfactants.

Package, Shelf life and Storage

• N.W. 200KG/PE Drum.

• The Shelf life is 12 months.

• It can be removed with water. Do not expose to heat or frost. Optimal storage temperature: 5-35¡ãC. The product may become turbid after exposure to cold. After warming up to approx. 40¡ãC and stirring thoroughly it will be fully effective again.
