Waterborne Silicone Resin Dispersion SD-9708E
SD-9708E is a water-based silicone resin dispersion that can be diluted directly with deionized water, can be ground with pigments and fillers, and has low VOC content and high silicone resin content. It can be used in the fields of high temperature resistant coating such as frying oven, rice cooker, stir-frying pan and can also be used in the fields of super weather resistant coating such as color coated plate, curtain wall aluminum buckle plate and so on.
Properties • The curing mechanism is silanol condensation crosslinking, and the hardness after full curing is 2~3H • The coating chain is a flexible Si-O-Si chemical bond molecular structure with good adhesion and excellent weather resistance • It shows excellent resistance to salt spray and moisture and heat on aluminum alloy • With soluble glass glaze and aluminum powder, it can be made into a high temperature resistant coating resistant to 600℃
How to use The required paint grindingly prepared by SD-9708E, pigments, fillers and additives bakes for use at 180~280℃ temperature, and the specific baking temperature and time is determined according to the customer's specific situation. It can be self-drying at room temperature with a certain hardness, and can be carried. To achieve the ideal mechanical properties, it must be baked in order to achieve good performance.
Package, Storage and Handling N.W. 25kg/Drum, 200kg/Drum, or 1000kg/IBC Be sealed and stored at -5~35℃. The shelf life is 12 Months. Storage beyond the date does not necessarily mean that the product is no longer usable. In this case, the properties required for the intended use must be checked for quality assurance reasons before use.
